From the exercise above, I have learned how many shots approximately should be used to create a successful title sequence. Title sequences are used to credit the people involved in the creation of the film and used as a copyrighting device so that it can be unique from others. Title sequences are a legal requirement. This exercise has been a form of planning and research and will aid me in creating my title sequence further into the course.
From this second exercise above I have come to learn how many people are involved with the production of a film and how many people there are working together at each area of involvement. Additionally, the timeline is helpful in the sense it gives a rough idea of when music should be introduced and cut off.
